How amazing is this rainbow cake?! Having just recently attempted to make a tiered cake myself, I know what an incredible challenge all those layers can be, so I’m doubly impressed. What I still can’t wrap my brain around is that frosting! How did she manage to make it so darn smooth?! The colors are equally as impressive and bright – wowza! Now if only I could get a taste through the screen…

ReplyDeleteI have seen Martha dip her spatula in warm water after frosting a cake to make the whole thing smooth. The water melts the frosting to make it even. I've never attempted that cake but like you am impressed with those who do.
